Why GamStop does not reach these sites
GamStop blocks you from operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. It cannot block an operator licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan because those regulators do not participate. That does not make those casinos illegal or unsafe by default, but it does mean the self-exclusion you set up in the UK is not enforced there. Managing money, not just time
